I’m a professional chef with 16 years of experience, specializing in Indonesian cuisine. I studied at the School of Hospitality in Bandung and worked at Hilton Hotel Bandung as a Junior Sous Chef focused on Indonesian cuisine, building a strong foundation in both traditional and modern techniques.

I later broadened my skills by studying international cuisines, including Thai and Italian. That journey helped me expand my culinary perspective, refine my techniques, and deliver diverse, creative food that still feels personal and grounded.

Cooking is my passion and my lifestyle—cooking is my life, and it makes me smile every day.
