I’m shaped by years in top hotels
I learned and cooked in Hilton and other hotel kitchens for around 15 years, handling Indonesian cuisine and sometimes Western cuisine. At Marriott Hotels, I focused on creating memorable experiences through consistency, detail, and guest satisfaction.

Amalya is an amazing chef and her and her team were incredible. We hired Amalya and her team to cater for my friend's 40th birthday dinner at our Bali villa and everything was perfect. The dishes were all Balinese and were presented well and abundant. Highly recommended!
